How much do you charge for shipping? TOP
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.30 per order( not per ornament). Orders totaling $100.00 or more will receive free shipping. Orders are shipped USPS priority mail within 2 business days of payment verification.
For international shipping please contact me for a rate quote.
What payment methods do you accept? TOP
Currently I am accepting payments through Paypal. Paypal is internationally recognized as a safe and secure payment processor. They can process payments with credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts.I will at no time have access to your personal account information. If you have never used Paypal or would like more information on them just visit their website at www.paypal.com .
What if the ornament I want is not available? TOP
If you are interested in an ornament that is listed as sold out, you can contact me (through the contact link in left column) with the name of the ornament you are interested in. I will let you know if & when I will have more of that style.
Do you accept returns? TOP
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to me in it's original condition within 14 days and I will refund your payment(minus shipping expenses).
Do your ornaments come in different sizes? TOP
Currently all my ornaments measures approx. 3 to 3.5 inches in diameter. Height varies depending thickness of topper ribbons, but most are between 3.5 and 4 inches tall.
Do you make each ornament? TOP
YES! I design and make each and every ornament. I use a variation on a traditional quilted ball technique. It is a process that takes anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours from start to finish to make each ornament( time varies depending on materials used). The fact that each ornament is handcrafted results in a quality that you will not find in mass produced items at your local store!
