Do you make each ornament? TOP
YES! I design and make each and every ornament. I use a variation on a traditional quilted ball technique. The actual making of each ornament is a process that takes anywhere from 1.5 to 2.5 hours, but that does not take into account time spent selecting materials and cutting fabrics and ribbons . The fact that each ornament is handcrafted results in a quality that you will not find in mass produced items at your local store!
How much is shipping & how quickly are items shipped? TOP
Shipping is a flat rate of $5.75 per order (not per ornament). Orders are shipped USPS priority mail within 4 business days of being placed. Custom orders generally take at least 7 days and personalized ornaments are shipped within 5 days of order.This time frame can be a bit longer close to Christmas due to increase in orders at the time, if so there will a message clearly posted on homepage. Time frames can vary for larger orders (over 10 ornaments)

What payment methods do you accept? TOP
Currently I am accepting payments through Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account for checkout, they simply act as a credit card processor. Paypal is internationally recognized as a safe and secure payment processor. They can process payments with credit cards, debit cards, and bank accounts(debit cards and bank accts require that you have a paypal account). I will at no time have access to your personal account information. If you have never used Paypal or would like more information on them just visit their website at www.paypal.com .
What if the ornament I want is marked as SOLD? TOP
Ornaments marked as SOLD are temporarily sold out and will generally be relisted for sale. If you are interested in an ornament that is listed as sold out, you can contact me (through the contact link in left column or email shelly@ornamentboutique.com) with the name of the ornament you are interested in. I will let you know when I will have more of that style and can put you on a wait list if you would like.
Ornaments listed as Retired will no longer be available for purchase.
Do you accept returns? TOP
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to me in it's original condition within 14 days and I will refund your payment(minus shipping expenses). You must contact me prior to returning the item.
Do your ornaments come in different sizes? TOP
Currently all my ornaments measures approx. 3 to 3.5 inches in diameter. Height varies depending thickness of topper ribbons, but most are between 3.5 and 4 inches tall. If you are interested in a different size please contact me about having a custom ornament made.
Can I include a gift message if this is a gift for someone else? TOP
Yes, I will be happy to include a message from you to the recipient. You can make a note in the comment section of the payment page or send a message after purchase.
